Staff abusing: You will be the owner of your mode, but we do not tolerate incorrect behavior towards users or staff, respect is MANDATORY AND NECESSARY for this project, if you want to create a server and insult people with less power than you at will, go elsewhere.
Compliance with the rules: It's not really a disadvantage, but you have to work seriously, the regulation contains necessary guidelines for EVERY decent server.
